URIVIO is a comparison and affiliate content site — we don’t sell most of the products, software or services we cover directly. This page explains how refunds and returns work depending on what you’ve bought.

Purchases Made on a Merchant’s Site

When you click through from URIVIO to a merchant, retailer, or software vendor and complete a purchase, that transaction is between you and that merchant — not URIVIO. Refunds, returns, cancellations and warranty claims for that purchase are governed entirely by the merchant’s own refund and returns policy, which you should check before buying. We link to reputable merchants but do not process, guarantee, or have visibility into their individual transactions.

URIVIO Cashback

If a qualifying purchase you made through URIVIO’s cashback program is later refunded, cancelled, or returned to the merchant, the corresponding cashback is reversed and will not be paid out (or will be deducted from your balance if already credited). This mirrors standard practice across cashback and affiliate programs, since the underlying transaction the cashback was based on no longer stands.

Digital & Account Services on URIVIO

If URIVIO itself ever sells a digital product, subscription or service directly through this site, the specific refund terms for that product will be stated at the point of purchase and will take precedence over this general page.
