Corrections Policy

Short version: tell us what’s wrong and where, we investigate, and we fix genuine errors — visibly.

How to Report an Error

Email hello@urivio.com with the subject line “Correction”, the URL of the page, and what’s incorrect. The more specific you are — a screenshot, a link to the current official pricing, the exact figure you believe is wrong — the faster we can verify it.

What Counts as a Correction

  • A price, plan or spec that no longer matches the vendor’s current published information.
  • A product that’s been discontinued, renamed, or acquired.
  • A factual claim that’s simply incorrect.
  • A broken link, including an affiliate link that no longer resolves correctly.

Disagreement with our editorial verdict — our assessment of who a product is best for, or how it compares to an alternative — is feedback we welcome, but it’s handled as editorial feedback rather than a factual correction.

What Happens Next

We check the claim against our Sources Policy hierarchy: the vendor’s own current pricing and documentation first. If the correction is confirmed, we update the page. We prioritise corrections on high-traffic and high-value pages, and on anything involving pricing or a discontinued product.

Transparency

We don’t republish an old page as if it always said the corrected thing. Substantive factual corrections are made plainly, without pretending the original error never existed.
